4th Grade Music and Chorus Lessons Week of June 1 - 5

 Chorus Lesson

* Review singing "The Star Spangled Banner." Try and be very clear with your words. Take deep breaths so you can hit the high notes. Start out medium in volume and then get louder as the song goes on. Here is the background music for you to sing along with after you try it without background music.

* Review the song  God Bless America. Try and sound proud when you sing it.

Here is another version of God Bless America. Do you like it?

* Review "You're A Grand Old Flag." Sing it twice all the way through since the song is short. Have fun when singing it with a smile on your face!

                                                           Music Lesson

* Review "Epo I Tai Tai E".  Sing the melody and words once without the music and then add the background music. Then I will have a video on the google stream showing you the body percussion for Level 3. It will take practice it's tricky. Watch the video then try body percussion on your own while singing.

* When I think of spring I think of baseball. I am a Yankee fan. What about you? Here is a fun song " Take Me Out to the Ballgame." Listen to the music then try singing on your own.
